Ok - Week #3

Gym 4 times - check (and personal best - 4 miles on the treadmill!)
Down 15lbs - check
Swim - nope; not happening in Jan. so moving to Feb.
Charity stuff - nope

  3. Nice 4 miles! I've never run more than 3. Also excellent work on dropping 15lbs! That's no small task.

    I'm curious about the charity stuff, though. What is that about? Is it a tedious task or just overwhelming?

  4. Charity Stuff - I've been doing a massive house cleaning and have about 5 huge boxes of stuff to take to Goodwill to donate. I've just not gotten it down to the car. I need to get the boxes out of my front room.
