Good news/bad news

Good
no binging! Still eating healthy


Bad
didn't workout like I should have this week (no elliptical at all)
didn't wear pedometer


On the bright side......
Today I am wearing pedometer and plan to use treadmill later today.
I will workout next week while at work

We are all doing great!

  1. It was a rough week for me too. But the no binging is AWESOME! Sometimes you need to do goals one at a time. It's okay. Don't get discouraged.
