Habits


It takes 21 days to create a habit, or rather, twenty one times of running before the habit is there to roll out of bed at 6:00 am and go down to your treadmill to run three days a week. So remember, the first 21 times are the hardest. But I know you all can do it.

  1. hmmm...that's very interesting. I may have to work on that...I am terrible about getting up on time, giving myself enough time to get things done in the morning, not eating anything in the morning, etc etc. I think I could push through 21 days....maybe...

  2. p.s. Can anyone tell me how to schedule a post? I have one written that I would like to schedule to post tomorrow...I dunno how to do it - it's just sitting under "drafts" right now.
