Okay folks! We need to hear from each and every one of you every week. Because I know I can't be the only one who hits some bumps. But I am back on track and twice as determined to reach my goals! Yes, I am still tweaking them. Sometimes it is better to get into a good habit with say, two goals, then to add one at a time until you can handle them all. Sometimes too many goals cause you to crash and burn. We don't want that, so remember, go for what works for YOU!

Have you ever been driving in your car and you come too close to something and quickly hit the brake but you do not remember anything before you hit the brake? It was because you were on auto pilot! Routine and repetitive tasks (like driving a familiar route, set our brain on auto pilot and only engage us when there is something out of the ordinary happening. Sometimes we go through portions of our lives like this, where every day is routine and it is only when something out of the ordinary occurs that we "wake up" and pay attention.
ReplyDeleteThe only way to prevent your brain from going into auto pilot is to make every day and activity something new!
You are strong.
You are determined.
You have strong people around you who want you to succeed and will do all they can to allow you to reach your goals.
You are human and will take steps back occasionally but you will use it as a wakeup call and redouble your efforts to move ahead.
Because that is what strong people do!
Good morning to the Worlds Greatest Teacher (from now forth to be known as: WGT!)!
thanks for your comment here Marie. It reminded me to post. Thank you for keeping me accountable!
