DKM January Goals

Ok - I have some long term goals. The standard losing weight, walking more and so forth. I think I'm going to break them into smaller goals on a monthly basis. So here are January's goals.
  • Drop 10 pounds
  • Hit the gym 4 times a week
  • Swim 25 laps w/o stopping (around 1/4 of a mile)
  • Take charity stuff to Goodwill
