Ok - Week #5

I had a blah week.

  • Bento 3 days a week - Check. I actually had 4 bentos this week

  • Swim 2 miles a week - I did 1.66

  • Drop 5 pounds - 2 down

  • Drink 1 liter of water a day - totally blew it on this one. I need to focus on this throughout the week.

  1. The water thing always gets us. We shoot for 2 liters but it seems like when we fall behind we are really really behind... sigh.
