Shoulder Exercises
I did my shoulder exercises three times last week. That makes me very happy. I did them last night and I will do them again tomorrow and Friday. I just need 7 weeks of doing them three times a week and I should have my habit created. That thought makes me happy. I notice that things don't ache as much when I do the exercises, which is funny. Who would have thought that working out means the pain goes away.

Good for you. Some injuries do feel better with movement. It's actually a differential in an acupuncturist's diagnosis about what makes it feel better and movement isn't uncommon. Good luck.
