Tonight I was partnered up with two other students who had knee issues. I called us the Gimpy Knee Group. My instructor called us tough, because we were on the mat while everyone else would be at home. I had to laugh. I am the eldest, the youngest is a senior in high school. The middle student is in her 30's. We still kicked butt though. LOL.
Better today on the diet. I hate that "monthly" time because there are days I feel I could eat several steaks and mashed potatoes and still need more. Oh well.
