Worked out today


Went in and worked out today. 30 mins on the arc trainer. I felt so good after. YAHOO!

    awesome!! It is so hard to walk in to the gym, but once you're done with your workout you feel like a million bucks, right??

    I am so happy and proud of you. And you felt good afterwards. Isn't that great. When I run outside or do something and people look at me, I just think, "I can kick your ass" and then I laugh and anyone looking at me thinks I am nuts and I DON"T CARE!
